Ok folks, truth in advertising:  I am not a real Professor, but you knew that, right? I am a firm believer in the Rotary Four Way test in that of the things we think, say or do, the first rule is "Is it the truth?"

The truth is I have been interviewed by TV, radio and print about mortgage topics.   Many who call me say they called me because they were told to "Ask Phil".    And, from hence comes the market persona of "Phil the Mortgage Professor"

The truth is I am an instructor at Mount Royal University in Calgary for the Mortgage Associate Program.  I have completed the Mount Royal Adult Educator Series and the Alberta Real Estate Association Instructor Training Course.   Years gone way back, I was a commissioned officer of the Cadet Instructors List.   So, there is a gem of truth to the persona.

What have folks I have instructed said about me?
